As of yesterday, Pain Management Doctors Tampa has signed a contract to have UDS in house. Our phone number is 727 548-1111. We bought a month supply of UDS tests; and management has decided that the price for the test is $25.00 per test. That is cheaper than a lot of other medical offices. We survey the are and the lowest in the area is $50, and you get a report fax back to us. The UDS test is a ten panel. Pain Management Doctors Tampa highly recommends that new patients are tested and others are tested randomly to be effective. This is just a suggestion.
