Macro button on Pain Management Doctors Tampa appointment
I have M$ Outlook set up for the appoinment view for the front office. I need to pay somebody to create a macro button, to copy and paste the contact name field to the Outlook Appointment subject field.
I am very technical but this little combination of Outlook, macro and Visual Basic block my mind. I spent mucho time to have a button. I don’t even know how to begin a macro in Outlook. Where is the Record Macro command? I think somebody forget when M$ releases Outlook 2003.
I ended up post the job online, Odesk. I hope that somebody works for Microsoft can solve this issue, in ten lines of VB code.
Pain Management Wise
It is a slow season here, all the snow birds went back to the North. The office can see the difference in traffic, less busy. It seems to me the recession affects everybody, the hotels in the area need more customers, the beaches are well maintained. Our doctors work diligently and our clients are nice. The medicine supply goes back to normal no more shortage. We don’t have to answer some tough questions, the answer is we have no influence on the supply side.
Keep a positive attitude, a hundred year from now nobody care about you, or ten days from now 80 percent of your friends forget you, and I don’t even remember what do I have for lunch yesterday.

Change Pain Management Doctors Tampa appointment book
This is my plan for the next few weeks, to save time and improve the efficiency of the front office at
painmanagementdoctorstampa.com ,we plan to have an electronic appointment system, moving from the paper book. This change will be slow, because we would like to see a double system for a while, so Katie and Heather can transition to the new system.
The system will be MS Outlook, with some modifications to have 15 minutes slots of time (default) for appointment.
System Set up and Training
I will set up the system today hopefully, it will go smooth for two hours, then I will do the training for the users.
What do I like about this system
1. It replace the highlight for paid and unpaid patients.
2. It can set up for two doctors/therapists or anybody
3. You can just click and move the time slot very easily, wow this is so cool and so easy, I love this features/benefit.

Create Facebook and meetup group for Pain Management Doctors Tampa
Today, I attended a internet training learning some cool stuff. I created Pain Management Florida facebook group and Pain management on meetup group. I set up a meeting place and time.
I hope that people will participate in these groups, let see how can I create a energetic groups of people enthusiastic about talking about Pain Management. Everybody needs to educate himself/herself so that we can benefit from our experiences. We need to create a democratic society.
I spent a lot of money educating myself about Pain Management and internet, I would like to create a cool website with good traffic and conversion opt-in, I need to create a funnel. Probably, my next project is to create a 25 pages ebook so people can download and enjoy the reading for the summer. The ebook will be about Pain Management and tips for managing the pain.
My job is to keep a positive atmostphere, set tone for the meeting and no negative people around. I will try for my next six months to keep these groups growing benefiting people and patients in the Tampa bay area.
